Adventure travel by bike
and coaching in the multidimensional field.

With both, my curiosity gets its money’s worth. As an avid cyclist and passionate coach, I have discovered remarkable parallels. Behind the curve, over the hill, and even beyond the obvious of a counselling situation could lie an exciting secret.

When you’re cycling, there’s a transparent network of paths from point A to B. There are also the forks on the road. But there are also the turn-offs you’ve never ridden. They could be dead ends, shortcuts, and access to valuable discoveries. You need the courage to depart from the familiar and venture into the mystery of the new.

The same applies to coaching. There are tried and tested ways to get from a problem to its solution. And there are unexpected obstacles, dead ends and hidden paths. But there are also problem areas you have never entered; you don’t know them. But they could be decisive for your client’s questions!

It’s like package tours and adventure tours. With the former, the client can be sure of what they are getting. But he will not encounter something excitingly new, a game-changer.

It is different from an adventure trip. Here he might find the solution to the Gordian knot of his life. However, if I were the client, I would like an experienced ranger or coach who knows about travelling in unknown terrain.

Our workshop L-I-A-M in September this year is a training camp for coaches in rough terrain.

Do you also want to look behind every corner with other inquisitive & highly empathic human companions? Then Diane Wood, Dr Antje Heyer and I cordially invite you to our exclusive premiere of 𝗟-𝗜-𝗔-𝗠, the Lübelner Inter-Aktional Matrix.

In an intensive kick-off workshop on multidimensionality and complexity in coaching, counselling & leadership, we will train our intuition and learn why we can trust it.

You will find the link to when, where and how in the first comment. We are looking forward to meeting you!

I am Eberhard Bohrisch, a Systemic Psychologist and one of the few active coaches with more than 50 years of professional experience.
